I'm so disappointed. I've had my unit broken into and the person in charge could only tell me that their cameras were down while under construction (which lasted a couple months) and that they gave all the multiple contractors a gate code to come and go as they please. WTH? Why would they do that? I did not file a claim, didn't want the hassle and haggling while settling with the insurance company. I removed anymore items of value and requested last month to remove the insurance as it was more than the rental itself. The lady in charge said she couldn't do it this month but would make sure and remove it so I wouldn't see it the next month. So imagine my surprise when I called today to find out everyone must have insurance, gave me some bogus excuse about haggling with the owner. I would have appreciated her letting me know a month ago.
I recently needed to rent a temperature controlled storage unit, wasn’t really sure where to go, stopped in here and these two ladies made it so easy (and virtually painless)! I paid for October and also November, as I wasn’t really sure how long I would need it. Turned out I only needed the storage for a couple of weeks,went back in to give my notice and they offered me a refund for the month of November! These ladies are amazing, very personable...the storage facility is very clean, has great security and is well lit... the rates are very reasonable too. If I need storage again...I certainly won’t question where to go again!
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Front desk clerks helped me when I️ lost my card with my gate code immediately and another staff member helped me load my things without me even asking.
The ladies are extremely nice. I was here for a short period of time and I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend this facility.
