.My experience was bad and costly, I was applying for a VA loan in Floresville I found a realtor that showed my wife and I the property. Everything was looking good until the appraisal came back 50,000 dollars under of what it was posted for, so that meant come up with difference out of pocket, which I did not have. The appraisal fee of 450 dollars was lost and the inspection fee with termite inspection fee all lost,appx 400 dollars, for total of $850. That was not the kicker the Remax realtor according to my realtor she was laughing about the whole situation. To all the people out the, who like myself are veterans, be careful of these kinds of realtors. Find a realty company that cares about your service to your country.
