It's a tiny room!!! The wait shouldn't be 45 minutes to an hour - or more!!!
Emma wasn't horrible this time - maybe someone talked to her. What really Bugs me is the unavailability of the phone...why bother having a phone at all?
Lady there was giving zero feedback. Slightest mistake on parallel parking, no further test. We will get license somewhere else. I see by the reviews, not alone. She needs to find another job. She works for us Texas residents.
Attitudes are not ok. They treated my daughter horribly and she is barely 18. She was shy and asked a question and they treated her like a felon. If you want children or young adults to respect you then be an example of respect.
Many moons ago the drivers test person gave me a good yelling at. The wait here is simply awful. And the snarky attitudes of the all female staff leaves much to be desired. However. Its the same at every DMV across the country and should be accepted and appreciated as the "DMV experience". 4 stars from me. Couldn't hire more devoted actors for such a noble position.
Tried calling and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. So helpful. Judging by the other reviews tomorrow should be interesting. Great job Wilson County!
