Wherever it is they send the clothing to, the workers can't follow instructions nor can they follow a previous crease. Not only that they completely ruined a brand new pair of jeans and blamed it on manufacturer.
They did get the stain out of my dress ( which I had no doubt it couldn't be removed because wasn't too big) but what I don't understand and didn't like was that they stapled the flag tag to distinguish where the stain was. The staples did not look like standard staples they looked like heavy duty ones which left two little holes on the dress. This dress is very delicate fabric so why wasn't it tagged with something more gentle?
