I was so disappointed with the service and felt so unsafe to drive. Mouth dry trying to reach out for a ride on my cellphone with no luck I decided to drive home myself. I never want to go there again. Unsafe practice very greedy. Very very unprofessional.
Two weeks later I get a bill in the mail, my insurance paid well over $5,000.00 I saw my $100.00 Payment. At the very bottom it reads $350.00 still owed. These guys are pirates. I'm not happy.
Part 1: I just called to make an appointment. It's Christmas week and you know how hectic it can get. The receptionist transferred my call to the correct clinic. An employee answered right away instead of a recorded message or ringing phone. He said "Please hold on I'm finishing up with another person." About three minutes later he took my information and was very patient in spite of my hearing problem. Yes he had to repeat himself twice but still he was polite. Almost felt like "we can't wait to see you." Sounds corny but the point is they made me feel positive. I read several of the reviews. It seems to me that most, not all, negative reviews come from folks who don't have a primary care provider and just thus go there for emergency care on what should be handled by a family doctor some where else. Part 2 next week after my appointment.
Very unprofessional, all about making as big as a bill they can. I went in for a bee sting, there only concern was how am I going to pay. After I showed my insurance card I finally got accepted. For going to an emergencyroom it took forever to be helped. I asked staff for water, 4 different employees including the doctor. The nurse and billing staff, all said "Sure no problem" but never brought a drink. For 3 hours i waited with a dry mouth. After being treated I was so drowsy and tired. I laid back to get some rest hoping for the drink of water to arrive. It never came, before I could get comfortable I was asked to go to the front desk were I was told my bill is $5,000.00. Then asked "How are you going to pay this?" I again showed my insurancecard the was told "your copay is $100.00 dollars." Your insurance will pick up the rest. Still extremely drowsy and very thirsty I paid the $100.00 after that the lady said you are good to go. When I went back to my room the hospital gave my room to another patent. I was so drowsy from the meds I could barely keep my balance. Very thirsty still I ask staff about my room and was told " the doctor released you we are all finished. You can go home."
Very Unprofessional And Their Nurses And Doctors Are Irritating They Feel Like They Can Use Force Against Me
The staff at CMH are wonderfull, have been there on more than three occasions and have been treated very well. Both the hospital and the ER. Thank you CMH
Drove my dad in during an emergency and they stabilized him before sending him to a specialist. I'm very grateful for their professionalism.
