I have a fantastic hair stylist her name is Rachel Billingsley is great. It took me a while to get someone to do my hair the way I like it. She knew what kind of color I needed. She makess me feel beautiful everytime I leave fantastic Sam's. And every once in a while a women needs that. Thank you fantastic Sam's thank you Rachel. I gave found a stylist I am going to keep coming back..
New management about 6-8 months ago much better atmosphere now. Love my haircut. I'm going to try color next time I'm there.

I was cut by a girl named Dallas. I told her what I wanted. She disregarded every thing I said. Cut my hair way to short. Terrible...... When I ask why she cut so short. She said most the time the client wants more cut. I am Very angry.
