If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers through the company's website on 11/24 for delivery on 11/25. I provided my credit card information for payment and received a confirmation of order processing via email. Several days after the scheduled delivery I found out from the intended recipient that she never received the flowers. I tried to contact The Flower Basket via email on the link provided on the website and via phone. No response and no answer (no voicemail set up either). I finally got a hold of someone with this company today who told me the website I ordered from is defunct and should've been taken down. (The site is still up right now... accepting orders... and credit card numbers...) The individual advised that there was a change of ownership of the shop and apparently I wasn't actually charged and won't be charged because I placed my order on the old website. When pressed, he said he didn't have anything to do with it, nor was it his fault. He offered a half-hearted apology and the call was terminated. Terrible job with whatever company transition they're going through and awful customer service from whoever has taken over!! Steer clear!

Wanted to get my wife something special for her birthday but I was limited because of work. I called them and asked if they could help me out. Within a couple of hours they had put together a beautiful flower arrangement that I was able to pick up on my lunch break!

This Saturday I was trying to locate a florist in La Vernia, TX to deliver an arrangement that same day because the florist I had originally planned on ordering from a few days back said they would call me back to confirm the order but never did. I called every florist in La Vernia, Seguin and then Floresville and was told time after time another excuse as to why they couldn't deliver - until I called The Flower Basket. They had already closed for the day when I called but the lady I spoke to was so kind and not only did she take my order anyway, but she said she would personally deliver the arrangement to La Vernia that day.

The flowers were beautiful and fresh and the recepient said the lady who delivered them was very kind and she loved the flowers so much that she will use The Flower Basket for all of her future florest needs.
