Owner is only notary and oh big surprise he's never there. May want to pass on duties to someone else.
I have used several UPS stores, as I do a lot of online ordering, and though I an not thoroughly impressed with UPS lately. I can honestly say that the customer service of each individual has been nothing but pure exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly and professional and extremely helpful. They all seem to take pride in the work they do and service they provide. Which I believe Kudos are in order for the Gentlemen that I believe is the manager as he also always seems up-beat, friendly and possesses a vibe that tells you he sets the tone for the atmosphere at this location. I strongly recommend this business for any of your postal needs :)

Excellent, been a long time since I have felt this welcome in a buisness. The staff answered every question I could throw at them. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend anyday over the post office.
I've been here several times to mail packages and have had great service until recently. The last 2 times I've gone there has been a new younger guy(Do######) and he quite possibly is still trying to figure out the mailing. He tried to charge me $3.00 for a regular birthday card. I asked if that was correct and the cheapest, he told me yes. BTW I was mailing to California not China or Pluto. I left and went to the post office and was charged one stamp. Today I tried to mail a small(bout 2x size of a toothpaste box and weight-3oz) same guy, told me it was $9 for regular mail going to Houston. I asked why it was so much and was told bc it came with tracking. I left and will NEVER mail anything when this guy is there if I ever go back. At the post office I sized the packed first class for $3 and tracking. Like I said I've mailed several larger and heavier packages at ups with great service when other employees are there. And its,why I didn't give a 1 star rating. I seriously doubt ups has raised their prices 100percent. Either way just my experience with one guy, twice and thought I'd get the word out. Be ware
