I needed an alignment for my SUV and they were the only ones due to the rims. When I got my truck back it had a big scratch on the door with blue paint. I contacted them immediately and left a message and did not receive a call back. I called a few days later and explained the situation. I also noticed the equipment they use is blue and asked them to take a look at my vehicle. They denied that it was them, I asked them if they had cameras at the shop and if they could review the footage and call me back. Never received a call back... if you plan to take your vehicle there do not drop it off!
The people that work there are very rude and rediculous prices for the simplest jobs, on top of that I was told by the person I assume was management that he would not guarantee that the job would be done right.
